Alex Patout's Louisiana
Restaurant is a fine dining facility featuring
a diverse and authentic Southwestern Louisiana
cuisine that encompasses both Cajun and Creole
influences. We have two floors of dining rooms.
Below you will
find a few sample menus that we have used in the
past for group dining and private parties. Alternate
menu selections are available, tailored to suit
the needs of your group.

Shrimp Remoulade
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo
House Salad
On-site choice of:
Fish Louisiana... fresh gulf
fish of the day, charbroiled and topped with lump
crab meat, shrimp, and exotic mushrooms in a fresh
dill buerre blanc.
Smothered Roasted Duck... fresh
duck cooked very slowly and served on a bed of
our oyster dressing.
Filet Mignon... choice filet
of beef, grilled and served with oven-roasted
shallots and cloves of garlic on a three peppercorn
bordelaise.(additional $4.00)
Roasted Chicken...half of a fresh chicken,
spiked with garlic and rosemary and served with
a chicken stock reduction

We can offer cocktails on a cash bar basis. We
ask that you pre-select your wines
for dinner service 72 hours in advance of your
function.
